Anti-Money Laundering Specialist
Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid) • AML & Compliance • Permanent - Full time
  • What you will do:
    • Review all alerts of transactions and analyze their background;
    • Investigate transactions requiring additional due diligence procedures;
    • Perform retrospective transaction monitoring;
    • Prepare drafts of suspicious activity reports;
    • Give advices and update transaction monitoring rules;
    • Contribute to building AML/CTF compliance culture in the Company;
    • Work with large clients;
    • Prepare relevant reports;
    • Conduct other activities in the areas of client onboarding, transaction monitoring and ongoing due diligence;
    • Have understanding of and work efficiently with new AML/CTF/Sanctions compliance requirements;
    • Other responsibilities and duties aligned with the role and qualification required.
  • What we expect:
    • Bachelor’s degree in law, finances or a related area;
    • 2+ years’ relevant work experience in transaction monitoring in the financial sector;
    • Detailed knowledge of AML/CTF processes;
    • Experience in developing, implementing and enforcing transaction monitoring processes and policies;
    • Hands-on mentality, willingness to take an active role in AML team;
    • Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and business-mindedness;
    • Keen interest in technology & innovation;
    • Fluent in verbal and written English;
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
    • Experience working in a diverse and international environment;
    • A willingness to learn new things.

    The salary for this position starting from 2300 € (gross) per month. The salary varies on the level of your experience.
