Treasury Specialist
Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid) • Finance • Permanent - Full time
  • What you will do:
    • Daily maintain data used for payments operations in internal payments platform;
    • Process the outgoing and incoming payments in the internal payments platform and online banking platforms;
    • Process FX trades and settlements;
    • Fulfil all kinds of payments observation/investigation;
    • Review and approve transactions within established guidelines.
    • Maintain liquidity on accounts across the group entities;
    • Communicate with counterparties on treasury/payments-related issues and enquiries;
    • Identify potential issues before they arise and resolve them in a timely manner.
    • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • What we expect:
    • Work experience in the banking, finance, or payment industry or similar role is an advantage;
    • Higher degree in accounting, economics, finance or equivalent;
    • Your strength lies in attention to detail, especially with data.
    • Ability to effectively present financial information in a clear and concise manner and retrieve/research necessary information for job tasks.
    • Able to prioritize between multiple tasks;
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
    • Understanding of the accounting principles is an advantage;
    • Ability to build good relationships with the team and managers at all levels;
    • Willingness to learn and be flexible and support wider finance team work or priorities as needed.
    • Have highly collaborative ‘can-do’ attitude;
    • Keen to take ownership, eager to learn and adapt quickly.
