Today, 70% of Sub-Saharans are younger than 30 and the median age of Africa is 19.7 years, and total population is over 1.4 billion people, which is half the median age and twice the population of Europe. In 2017, around 13% of the continent bought goods and services online. By the end of next year, almost half of the continent will have engaged in e-commerce.
